About Stephen E. Archibald

As Director of Patient Services, Stephen Archibald’s involvement with hair transplant surgery began in June 1976. As technician, consultant, and office manager, Stephen is hands on involved in all aspects of the day-to-day business and as well as  patient care for Malecka Medical Group LLC. Along with being a registered surgical assistant with the International Society of Restoration Surgery, Stephen is also a registered EMT, therefore offering a unique and seasoned perspective on patient care. Personally assisting in over 20,000 surgical procedures and managing staff allows Stephen to remain committed to providing the finest hair restoration surgical experience possible.

Not only attending numerous symposiums on hair restoration technique over the years, but also as a speaker, Stephen has been able to share his perspective and experiences to other surgical teams from around the world. In his 32 years of practice, Stephen’s commitment to his patients and their hair restorative experience continues to be his top priority. From the early days of the “plugs,” through the tremendous evolution to the highly sophisticated micro unit grafting process of today, Stephen has been a part of it all!
